音大受験って、こんなに大変なの

音楽の世界でプロになるために大学は音大受験するわけですが
普通科の世界と違って、音楽コース想像以上に大変です。
普通科の場合、英語、国語、数学、物理、・・・
と勉強する 科目数が多いので苦労しますが
音楽コースの場合、とにかく実技が大変です。

ピアノ専攻の場合ですと
・ピアノ演奏
・初見視唱
・聴音（ソルフェージュ）
・楽典

ピアノ演奏にしても、
バロック時代（バッハなど）、
クラシック音楽（ベートーベンなど）
ロマン派（ショパンなど）
クラシックと言ってしまえば、みんなクラシック音楽なのですが
先生から生徒へずっと繰り返し引き継がれている定番の曲を
たっぷり演奏します。

ベートーベンのソナタが課題曲になることが多いのですが
ソナタの１曲を全部弾けるようになっている必要があります。
ソナタ曲の第１番から第４番まで準備しておいて
受験日直前に何番を演奏するか掲示発表されます。

受験日前、課題曲の確認をしなければいけない訳です。

演奏は一人当たり30分程度掛かるので、選考試験も
１日では終わらず２日に分けて演奏します。
ですから、音大の入試は１週間の日程なのですね。
手間がかかるから受験料も５万円前後と高くなります。

初見視唱は始めてみる楽譜を歌うわけですね。
がくふをみ楽譜を見ただけで曲のイメージをメロディにするという
音楽のセンスを確認されるのでしょうか。
ピアノ伴奏などこのスキルが欠かせないでしょうね。

音大受験は普通教科が少ないので受験勉強のスタイルが
ことなるのですが、机に向ってカリカリと問題を解くのが
受験勉強だと思っているとなまけ怠けいると勘違いする親の方も
中に入るかもしれません。
